Ancient Tuscan stone farmhouse, located in the countryside of San Gimignano, only 6 km. from the historic centre of the city.

The complex is family owned and run, located in a very quiet area, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and a large forest (nature preserve) where you may see hares, squirrels, porcupines, deer, and many bird species as well.

The rooms/app. are furnished in typical Tuscan style and offer a gorgeous view of the nearby hills and valleys. They face the swimming pool (6m x 12m) and a garden equipped with chaises longues and a gazebo.

Each unit is provided with its own space with a table and chairs and shares a communal barbecue. The area is very suitable for nature walks, with many enchanting trails.

We are in the centre of Tuscany, and therefore it is very easy to reach many other popular sites in less than one hour. The distance, in kilometers, to other cities is: 49 km to Siena, 58 km to Florence, 21 km to Volterra, 12 km to Certaldo, 71 km to Pisa, 69 to Lucca, and 84 km to Montalcino.
